Brilliant day on Monday at the Women in Farming Wellbeing Day hosted by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society 🌸
It was such a welcome opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, take a pause, and connect with so many inspiring, like-minded women. ☕
A huge thank you to Heather Copley, Kate Bush, Angela Kirkwood, Debbie Airey, and Philippa Gray, who shared their personal stories so openly. Hearing about their resilience, experiences, and the ways they’ve navigated challenging times was incredibly powerful and inspiring. ✨
From pilates and a woodland walk to finishing the day with a fantastic session from the Field Nurse team, it was a truly uplifting and worthwhile experience. Feeling grateful to have been part of it.
